Terrible Service Department

On 10/3/2020 Lexus of Winter Park completed an oil change on my RX350. On 3/14/2021 I had a different service provider complete the next oil change on my vehicle and it was determined that Lexus of Winter Park did not replace the oil filter when they did the oil change on 10/3/2020. There was an extremely dirty Fram oil filter installed in my vehicle and Lexus of Winter Park only uses the Lexus oil filters. Yesterday I spoke to Howard Keyser, Fixed Operations Director at Lexus of Winter Park and showed him the dirty Fram oil filter. Howard told me he was sorry for the issue, but he did not seem to care about my Lexus. Hopefully I will not have engine problems due to their negligence.

User's recommendation: I do not recommend having an oil change performed at Lexus of Winter Park.

Lies, Lies, Lies

I received a letter around late May 2015 for a dashboard replacement (theirs is melting), I called the next day and their employee took my car information (VIN, make, model, and personal info). I called again after a little over a month of not hearing anything. THEIR employee said my information was there and they were waiting for the parts. I made four (4) calls to them before May 2017. I'm very disappointed that a company like Lexus is resulting in lies saying I never called in to get it fixed and now it's too late. THEIR OWN SUPERVISOR said the employee who spoke to me about it probably just gave a conditioned answer they tell everyone. For them to outright lie and say I have never contacted them is beyond ridicules. The management team didn’t even have the decency to reply to my email.
